Introductionn: Carolina Muñoz Rojas is a Public Administrator and holds a degree in Government and Public Management from the University of Chile. She has been interested in gender studies and their relationship with public policies, focusing on higher education in recent years. She has been a professor at the University of Chile, and a consultant and researcher for international organizations such as the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) of UNESCO and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Project description:Within the framework of the implementation of Law 21.369, which regulates sexual harassment, violence and gender discrimination in higher education in Chile, the link between the comprehensive policies that Higher Education Institutions have deployed and teaching as a mission area will be investigated.
