Principal Investigator at the Cape Horn International Center for Global Change Studies and Biocultural Conservation, ANID PIA/BASAL PFB210018, CHIC. She was Deputy Director of CHIC from 2022 to 2025. She served as Dean of the Faculty of Education (2015-2021). She was founder and general coordinator of the Latin American Network of Deans of Education (2021-2023) and is a member of the board of the Global Network of Deans of Education.
