Associate Professor
Current director of UC CENTER. Academic of the Department of Educational Theory and Policy of the Faculty of Education UC. Her research has been financed with various competitive public funds (Fondecyt, FONIDE, CNA, CNED) and focuses on Vocational Technical Training (FTP) provided both in the school system, higher education and in the world of work. She has collaborated with UNESCO, ECLAC, UNDP and other international organizations.
Main areas of study: gender inequalities; Training-labour trajectories; Segregation and socioeconomic stratification.
