The Program is part of the Fondecyt Project of the UC Education academic Regina Lohndorf.

Led by the psychologist specializing in gender, Francisca Garrido, the workshop focused on understanding violence from a gender perspective and proposed strategies to promote an inclusive and respectful work environment.
The workshop, led by Claudia Matus and Valentina Riberi from the Educational Justice Center, provided a space for reflection and strengthening the gender perspective from the early stages of the research.
"Mapping Gender for Mainstreaming in Initial Teacher Training Programs" is the name of the project.
In total, 139 students joined the UC Doctorate and Master's in Education programs.
The objective of the career, created in 2020, is to train teachers who have a solid disciplinary base, who integrate the fundamentals of education, health sciences, physical activity and motor skills.
The course was developed during January 2024 and had a closing ceremony at the UC Faculty of Education. Over 10 years of work, it has impacted more than 120 students throughout the country.
