The program —aimed at professionals from different disciplines seeking to train as secondary school teachers— began its new academic year with a welcome led by authorities and academics from the UC Faculty of Education.

The Student Development Sub-Directorate of the UC Faculty of Education held a training day for the 2026 student representatives, aimed at strengthening leadership, collaborative work and participation within the university community.

31 new professors received recognition from the university community.

The ceremony highlighted the vocation, commitment, and transformative potential of teaching in Chile. 

The Faculty celebrated its graduation in a ceremony that reaffirmed its commitment to training teachers for the country.

It brought together students from different UC teaching programs to share their experiences in the classroom.

It consists of recognition of the academic excellence of undergraduate students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance upon entering the University or during their stay.

Jouliette Guerrero, a UC English Pedagogy student, was recognized by FEUC as part of the UC Women Leaders 2024 program for her leadership in founding the Paulo Freire UC Popular School, which offers free remedial classes and preparation for higher education.

Blanka and Noemi are two students from Hungary who came to Chile to do a three-month internship in the Special Education Pedagogy program of the UC Interfaculty Program, without knowing what awaited them or how this experience would transform their way of seeing life.

The students of Practice 1 carried out activities with the community of the Divina Pastora school in Ñuñoa. 

The Global Leadership Training Program is carried out by La Triada (University of the Andes, Tecnológico de Monterrey and the Catholic University of Chile).

The meeting aimed to raise the perceptions, opinions and challenges of the student community.
