Tutor teachers reflect on their role in pedagogical training

The Internship System organized this day of reflection and improvement of the skills required for tutoring.

 

During 2024, 158 tutor teachers were a fundamental part in the training of the 2.223 students of Pedagogies UC, working alongside 1.316 collaborating teachers in 438 schools.  With the aim of sharing experiences and reflecting on the work carried out by tutors, the UC Internship System developed the following last December 18th: Second version of the Annual Meeting of Tutors.

The day included the Presentation by Professor Enrique Correa-Molina, professor at the University of Sherbrooke, Canada, whose visit was organized by Fondecyt project No. 1231861, "What is learned in progressive practices? An analysis from different actors."

Likewise, the internship coordinators for each pedagogy program led a workshop on different generative practices and provided practical tools for their work with the teachers in training.
