Also a lot of energy and work. It's complex, but it needs to be done with love. Sometimes much more than all the knowledge one can have, what students smell when we walk into the classroom is whether we love what we do. One has to vibrate within the classroom with what one does. Many of our boys, girls and young people, with whom you are going to have to work, have not had the experience of seeing someone who is passionate about what they do. They have to be able to see it in you, so that tomorrow they look for something that excites them and that makes them vibrate as they see you"Francisca Elgueta concluded.
Towards the end of the day, the attendees were able to dance to the rhythm of The Maria Rockola, an interactive live karaoke band that encouraged the community to perform different songs on stage.
