Researchers from the Faculty, CJE and CEPPE will participate in international conferences on education

Chicago, Denver and Dublin will be the destinations for the CIES, AERA and LAK 2025 conferences.

Digital education at CIES 2025 

It will take place in Chicago between March 22 and 26, 2025 la Annual Conference Comparative & International Education Society, CIES, The central theme of this event will be “Conceiving education in a digital society.” The academics Ernesto Treviño and Cristóbal Villalobos will attend this meeting, together with the researchers Macarena Hernández from CJE and Máximo Quiero and Sebastián Pereira from CEPPE UC.

AERA 2025

“Research, Resources and Reparations: Towards a Just Renewal of Education” will be the theme that will bring together researchers from around the world at the next international conference AERA 2025, to be held between April 23 and 27 in Denver, USA.

LAK25, Dublin, Ireland

The edition number 15 of the International Learning Analytics & Knowledge Conference will take place between 3 and 7 March 2025 in Dublin, Ireland. The event is organised by The Society for Learning Analytics Research (SoLAR), an interdisciplinary network of leading international researchers exploring the role and impact of analytics in teaching, learning, training and development. Academic and UC Education Research Director Carlos González will be part of the event with the following presentation:
