These reflections were part of the discussion in the webinar "Leadership and Mental Health: Theatrical and artistic methodologies for understanding conflicts in schools", organized by the UC School of Education. The instance featured a masterful talk by international expert Vincent de Gaulejac, where he gave recommendations to deal with the conflict.
