Commercial Engineer from the University of Santiago de Chile and Master's Degree in Management of Centers for Educational Innovation from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has worked in finance, management control, strategic planning, and management. She also has more than 11 years of experience at the Catholic University.
Its functions
The Economic and Management Director must ensure the proper use of the economic resources of the Faculty. In addition to collecting, analyzing and providing information in a relevant and timely manner, to facilitate operational, financial and/or strategic decision-making.
Some of the tasks that correspond to it are:
- Prepare budget, income and expenses of the Faculty, ensuring that it is correct and timely in its information for decision making;
- Ensure the financial profitability of the different services;
- Plan and organize the functions related to the physical space of the Faculty and the acquisition of goods and supplies that allow the proper functioning,
- Manage resources through controls, strategies, efficiency and processes according to the Institution's Policies.
