The program trains teachers who stand out as leaders in conducting the educational process, facilitating the learning of girls and boys at the school level.
Pedagogical Training Program
Program for graduates, dedicated to training specialized teachers in different disciplines to teach in the school context from 7th grade to IV grade.
Pedagogy in Special Education
It trains teachers capable of creating and implementing inclusive and interdisciplinary practices for children and adolescents with Special Educational Needs.
Pedagogy in Physical Education and Health
It trains teachers specialized in teaching motor skills, physical activity, sports and health at all educational levels.
Pedagogy in English for Basic and Secondary Education
It is dedicated to training English teachers with disciplinary and pedagogical knowledge, and with an internationally certified advanced command of English.
Pedagogy in Catholic Religion
It trains teachers with mastery of the foundations of Theology and Education, with the ability to transform disciplinary knowledge in accordance with school religious formation policies.
Media Pedagogy in Natural Sciences and Biology
It trains teachers in pedagogy in Secondary Education to teach and promote a taste for Natural Sciences and Biology.
Medium Pedagogy in Physics
It trains specialized teachers in Secondary Education pedagogy to teach and promote a taste for Physical Sciences.
Secondary Education Pedagogy in Mathematics
It trains teachers with knowledge in Secondary Education pedagogy to teach and promote a taste for Mathematics.
Media Pedagogy in Chemistry
It trains specialized teachers in Secondary Education pedagogy to teach and promote a taste for Chemical Sciences.

Strengthening programs
PUC-FID
The Implementation Plan of the Program for Strengthening Initial Teacher Training (PI-FID) seeks to improve initial teacher training by promoting and structuring coherent learning opportunities throughout the curriculum based on practice and relevant to the transformations of the educational system for effective training and progressive quality of future educators.
Practicum Programme
It is a fundamental part of the training of excellent education professionals so that students gain experience in school classrooms. For that reason, the UC Pedagogy Practices System has a team of supervisors with extensive experience in educational institutions and a wide network of establishments that, semester by semester, welcome our students in practice for the growth and development of our teachers in training.
OPED Observatory of Educational and Digital Practices
The Observatory of Digital Educational Practices (OPED) has as main objective to investigate, develop and implement a training plan so that students and teachers have the necessary skills that allow them to teach in a digital context both inside and outside the university.
