How many degrees does the UC School of Education have?
The UC Faculty of Education has 3 of its own majors and 8 interfaculties, which include the degrees of Pedagogy in Basic Education, Pedagogy in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogical Training Program (PFP), Media Pedagogy in Mathematics, Media Pedagogy in Chemistry, Medium Pedagogy in Physics, Media Pedagogy in Natural Sciences and Biology, Pedagogy in Physical Education and Health, Pedagogy in Catholic Religion, Pedagogy in Special Education y Pedagogy in English for Basic and Secondary Education.

What score must I have in the PAES to enter the UC?
To apply, each degrees requires taking a different battery of tests and considerations, which can change from one year to another. Here you will find thepercentages and weightings of the different degrees of UC Pedagogies.

What do I need to apply for any career at the Faculty of Education with the Teacher Vocation Scholarship (BVP)?
TheTeacher Vocation Scholarship (BVP)encourages the entry, permanence and graduation of outstanding students to Pedagogy degrees. To apply you must complete the form available through FUAS and meet the following requirements:
- Being Chilean.
- Have properly filled out and sent the registration form in www.fuas.cl o www.beneficiosestudiantiles.cl within the deadlines set for it.
- Obtain the score indicated above.
- Enroll for the first time in 2023 as a first-year student in eligible Pedagogy courses, which are accredited (like the institution), for at least 2 years, before the National Accreditation Commission.
- Not having completed a degree that has been eligible for this scholarship, regardless of whether or not the student had the benefit.
- Not having received tuition fee scholarships on two occasions Ministry of Education as a first year student.
