In our team, different perspectives and tools come together for understanding and for action in the educational environment, system and organizations. We analyze how the capacities of individuals can be strengthened according to certain structures, processes and educational experiences, which are translated into policies and practices that evolve in their sociocultural context.
The department's academics teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, lead and guide Master's and Doctorate projects, carry out research and development projects on various topics, as well as consultancy for the design of programs and policies, public programs, in addition to participating in private and civil society initiatives that aim to improve and innovate education at a local, national and international level.
