Marfan, Javiera

Assistant Professor

Assistant professor in the School of Education and associate researcher at CEPPE UC. She researches school leadership and educational policies, contributing to a deeper understanding of their role in comprehensive school improvement. She currently directs the Leadership of Management Teams program at the Center for Leadership for the Transformation of Educational Territories (CELITED).

Main areas of study: Educational leadership, educational policies, school change.
