Workshop on “Good labor treatment with a gender perspective” was held at UC Education

Led by the psychologist specializing in gender, Francisca Garrido, the workshop focused on understanding violence from a gender perspective and proposed strategies to promote an inclusive and respectful work environment.

La Gender Branch from the Faculty of Education of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC) organized a workshop focused on promoting a culture of respect and equity in the workplace. Under the title “Good Labor Treatments with a Gender Perspective”, the event held on December 5 in the STEM Room of the San Joaquín campus had the participation of professionals and administrators from the faculty. 

Led by the psychologist specializing in gender, Francisca Garrido, the workshop focused on understanding violence from a gender perspective and proposed strategies to promote an inclusive and respectful work environment. 

The activity, designed based on collective proposals that emerged during a previous lunch with professionals and administrators, stood out for its participatory approach and the faculty's commitment to gender equality in the work environment.
