Introduction: Leandro Silva is a Linguist and PhD student in Education specializing in Clinical Sociology.
He is interested in the study of the subjectivation of teachers, in particular, on their emotional experience in organizational contexts under New Public Management. He investigates and intervenes from art-based methods, especially intervention theater. Since 2017 she has worked on the development of research and intervention initiatives in classroom climate and school organizational climate.
